Dream is a startup and innovation event in Lahti that brings together startups, students, investors and the wider ecosystem for a day of pitches, inspiration and networking.

The event takes place at Sammiosali, Malski, Päijännenkatu 9, 15140 Lahti.
Is the event free of charge?
Yes. Dream is free to attend for visitors.
Who can apply to the Startup Competition?
The Startup Competition is open to registered companies with a scalable business model, international growth potential and the ability to pitch live in English.
Who can apply to the Student Competition?
The Student Competition is open to students or student teams with an innovative idea and future business potential. An established company is not required.
What language is the event in?
The event and the competition pitches are held in English.
How long is the pitch?
Each team has 8 minutes in total, including the pitch and Q&A.
Do I need a pitch deck?
Yes. Selected teams are expected to prepare a pitch deck that presents their idea and business model clearly.
When will the keynote speakers be announced?
The keynote speakers will be announced closer to the event.
Who organizes Dream?
Dream is organized by StartHub, a startup community supporting entrepreneurship and ecosystem connections in the Lahti region.
