Magret Jokela
Startup ecosystem and operations specialist, FiBANJokela has a strong focus on early-stage companies, fundraising, and investor engagement. She has evaluated over 500 startups across various industries, working hands-on with founders to understand their traction, teams, and growth potential. Alongside this, she manages a network of 200+ angels and investors across Finland and international markets, helping facilitate impactful founder–investor connections.
Mikko Kiertonen
CEO, Liquido VenturesKiertonen is a venture builder supporting founders from the beginning to the exit. As an advisor, coach, and startup architect within Liquido, he helps entrepreneurs turn ambitious visions into scalable businesses.
Camilla Komulainen
Partner & Investor, Wave VenturesKomulainen has an approximately ~10M fund backing the next generation of exceptional founders earlier than anyone else across the New Nordics. Wave has been the first investor in companies such as Tzafon (raised Sweden’s largest pre-seed round), Clair (founded by a former Slush CEO), and multiple Y Combinator alumni companies.
Komulainen also founded Founders House Helsinki, a community and a workspace for the most ambitious founders in Finland.
Pirita Koskinen
Business Angel, FiBANKoskinen is a Well-Being and Happiness Enthusiast and Bridges Spirituality and Business and writes a book about it.
She is a Business Angel @ FIBAN helping startups, executives and organisations succeed.

attitude ”making the impossible possible”.
Juha Miettinen
Investor, angel investor and mentor, FiBANIn 2001, Miettinen founded Labyrintti Media Oy, a SaaS company specializing in SMS services. He served as the CEO, and under his leadership, the company became the market leader and the most profitable player in its niche sector in Finland. He successfully exited the business in late 2016.
Today, Miettinen leveraged his entrepreneurial experience as an investor, angel investor, and mentor, helping businesses grow and succeed.

Vesa Riihimäki
Head of Startup & Growth, Nordea FinlandStartup & Growth unit specialises in serving high-growth companies and companies in their early stages looking for fast growth. They want to build long-term customer relationships and be the partner that supports businesses to grow and succeed throughout their life cycle. In Finland, they have 2,500 clients, of which 1,600 are currently progressing with the help of their financing. Team also provides support in developing growth capabilities and facilitates matchmaking with partners such as venture capital funds, business angels, accelerators, industrial buyers, and others.
