The Binder Networking workshop
The workshop is part of the Dream 2026 event and is intended for event participants. The Binder Networking workshop brings together people interested in entrepreneurship who want to meet others with complementary skills, exchange ideas and explore opportunities to create something together.
A successful business rarely depends on just one type of person. It often requires a combination of different strengths:
- Visionaries – people who can identify future customer needs and turn them into ideas for products and services.
- Doers – people who know how to turn ideas into concrete actions and make things happen.
- Sales people – people who can connect products and services with customers and turn good ideas into revenue.

What happens when these people find each other?
At the beginning of the workshop, participants will identify which of these strengths best describes them. They will then form small, diverse teams that combine different skills and perspectives.
The teams will work together to develop potential business ideas and discuss concrete actions for turning those ideas into successful businesses. At the end of the workshop, the teams will present their ideas, exchange feedback and learn from each other.
